How do you show your partner that you care and care about them? To me, these are some of the ways I believe my partner should show that they care about me;

Come and see me
Us hanging out and doing things; go to the mall, shop, go to a concert or other event or activity like the zoo, aquarium, etc.
Talk to me on the phone
Video chat with me
Buy me things here and there

To me, if my partner isn't doing any of this, it shows me that they don't care about me. How do your partners who that they care about you? Are these ways, ways to show that you care for someone or are my ways not the right ways?

Buying things?

No.

Things like that are toxic to expect.

My friend and I show each other we care, with our bodies and minds.

Talking. Talking about anything, no matter how stupid the subject is.

Being able to enjoy ourselves, just by being in the same room, doing nothing.

Being able to look at each other, and assure that everything is okay from the look in our eyes.

To me, showing you care is more about your hearts connecting, than material or social things.

Listening to me when I had a stressful day
Taking me out to get dessert
Getting me a nice cold drink from the fridge
Helping me fold the laundry
Buying me my favorite cd
Watching movies on Netflix together
Texting me during the day
A pat on the ass as he walks by
Going for walks at the park together
Buying me my favorite candy bar or my favorite popcorn
Getting me a clean towel after I shower
Promising me a good finger bang before bed
Washes dishes after dinner
Kills gross bugs for me ewww
Helps me make the bed

I'm a simple person and I don't need fancy things. I like it when my mate is considerate of my feelings/needs.

Just giving whatever time and effort you have. Occasionally complimenting positive things about them that genuinely make you smile or happy but also letting them know if they upset you. Respect and complete honesty go a long way! :)
