Opioids How to prepare pure Fentanyl HCI powder?

Can anyone advise SWIM on how to work with Fentanyl HCI powder? He has been advised that the best method is to make a liquid dilution, but he really does not know where to start. Needs a step-by-step guide, including ingredients needed and how to prepare such a dilution. Any advice most appreciated. Cheers!
 
Don't.

That's literally the best way to prepare this shit. Even with a tolerance, there's a very thin line between "feeling fucking awesome" & "damn, I'm dead," blue lipped, zipped, and toe tagged. Remember bro, fent isn't measured in milligrams, that shit is strong enough to be felt at microgram doses.

I'm not trying to be a dick, man. I'm really not. Fent is just a different beast altogether.

Damn, be careful man...
 
If you cannot figure out how to do a dilution (see also: volumetric measurement) you should not be messing with fentanyl, because you'll probably kill yourself.
