How to IM/4-meo-PCP

right am almost embarrassed to post this as i used to be a IV dope user (i now only smoke it) can sumone put down how i would do i IM i have the right tools i just want to know the best place to do it and how to make sure its going in the muscle. i have the 2ml rigs with the removable long needles but what's the best place to do it.

looking at IM'ing 4-meo-PCP also whats a good starting dose with this ROA.

any help and info greatly appreciated.

Just google "IM injection sites". The first match explains it quite well.

For dose I'd say look in the trip reports section here and use the doses there to decide how much to do.
