ok hers the thing ive nevr I.Ved annything in my life and ive snorted these dillys but dont get shit from them i got 4mg pills and i wanted to know the proper way to doing this for the first time so i dont kill me self so my first question is were do i get the needle at? and how to do it step by step
 
Before you even think about picking up a needle, try snorting or plugging these. Much better BA than oral from what I understand (it's been a while but I remember enjoying the intranasal buzz).

If you're worried about killing yourself because you've never IV'd these before, well, you probably will... If you can't find someone you trust and respect irl to help you do this who already knows how to properly prepare such shit, forget it.

Probably gonna get closed, like yesterday, but there is a great resource out there for IDU (injection drug users) called "Getting Off Right" which is what you want. Frankly, you're better off avoiding the needle - IV or IM pills is EXTREMELY dangerous (see case study thread). Regarding the points, depends what state you live in (some have needle exchanges that are great, others such orgs are illegal; some states you can buy needles over the counter, others no - google is your friend here).

I think this is the best any of us can do for your here, short of yelling at you to not start using needles if you haven't already, and making sure you know how absolutely dangerous injecting pills are...:

If you insist on using a needle and going down a dark and potentially deadly road (at best - I mean, who likes getting limbs amputated?), read the following PDF (yes, every page). Hopefully though you're not so dependent you can't get a good buzz from sniffing these, so please for the love of all things euphoric try that first.

Getting Off Right

Snort or plug is much much much better an idea than IV/IM, because if you fuck up, and there's a really REALLY good chance you'll fuck up sooner or later, this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of complications:

Plug em. My fear of needles has saved my life so far. Snorting BA is better than oral, plugging is better than that, but I assume not quite as good as iv.
 
It is my strong advice not to start IV'ing.. especially pills and especially without a micron filter.

As others have said, try plugging as the next best alternative to IV or snorting for a BA that's still fairly high.

If you are dead set on IV'ing though, start with the IV megathread in my signature. That should get you up to speed on the basics.
 
From someone with a bit of experience in shooting these, don't, and if you do try to inform yourself with saftey precautions. They literally ruin your veins completely and if you don't use needles almost everyone that does will tell you not to go down that path. But from my experience with these i had a consistent supply for 3-4 months getting up to 12 a day for free of the 4mgs. And well after your tollerance gets so high you can't fit enough pills in a rig to even get you off. I missed a lot of shots (i can be quite shaky when i'm dopesick), and now that i'm using dope on an infrequent basis i notice that a lot of my veins are very hard, I feel like there's re-crystallized pill residue under my skin, because they were never like that until i started to IV pills. If you choose to, be smart. Don't just use a cigarette filter. get yourself some proper equipment (micron filters, new needles (don't reuse them 5 times), i always cooked them, i don't know about hydromorphone solubility, it may be smarter to use cold water so you don't all the pill binders in ya, but get informed before you start sticking yourself with whatever you think will get you high.
