Heroin How to get most out of small amount of dope (IV) ?

I'm new to BL and I've seen similar threads with this kind of discussion going on but nothing really answered my question. I know IV is the best way to use a small amount and I just wanna know if there are other tips people might have . I'm talking about decent east coast h that got a little wet and sticky as well.
This isn't anything I'm new to but I am at a loss as to how to make a little go a long way and not waste anything despite that its sticking to the bag and hard as hell to get off. Thanks!!!

Put the water straight into the baggie (if its plastic) and mix the H in that. Should dissolve it all.

Pull an extra few units of water through the filter after to wash any dope that might be remaining into the rig.

Other than that you can only shoot the dope you actually have and no tips or tricks are going to increase that.

Take some DXM beforehand + white grapefruit juice.
Doing this will potentiate the opies in your system.

Look into first-generation anti-histamines to increase sedation. There's a reason a lot of ECH is (apparently) cut with diphenhydramine.

I have no experience with white powder dope. Our heroin is brown freebase made for smoking.
