How to Deal with anxiety disorder with high HR after overdose as a first timer on GT Mushrooms

I did way too much for the first time trying shrooms.

first and only heroic dose let me with racing heart beat 24/7. it has been over half a year now and nothing changed for the better.

any way to do this when breath work and meditation do not work anymore for me?

I guess beta blockers or other meds are the only solution for this issue?

Or do I miss something? Are there some other possible solutions or options maybe?

Thanks in advance!

Heart rate is not bloodpressure. the meds you mention regulate bloodpressure.
Well thats their goal, no idea bout the effct on HR. Try ask your doc.
They are good at measuring, and elevated HR.
Have your dr check your bloodpressure 1 !
Necessary if considering alpha, beta whatever blocker.

But you already did breathing technics, which ones and why they don t work you feel ?

Can t take em my self, mentioned meds, as though my hearhrate can be up.
The up an under presssure are on the brick of black out.
Which i indeed do almost daily despite using a stim therapeutic.
So taking my dextro-Amphetamine is totally ok.
But i learned Clonidine, Tianizidine and all the -ol s are off limit.

edit: tryptamines are ime the least forgiving psychedelic.
So it might be your still suffering from a 'so called' bad trip.
Like there are good ones on Tryptamines,
they are the most heavy gear imo. Half year ago. Wow.

Can t find meds in our dr s med Bible aimed at treating a high heart rate.
There are meds for raising HR, restarting it. Not lowering, thought to find at least 1.
Like a benzo,. None

While the list for threating blood pressure is like you wrote 1 this 2-nd that.
And -ols down on the bottom. And they are no mentions of their effect on hearth rate either.

Try looking for conditions like tachycardia

Here I Googled it

"Heart rate-controlling medications
Beta blockers. These drugs slow the heart rate. Most people can function and feel better if their heart rate is controlled. Read more about beta blockers. Examples of beta blockers include:
Atenolol
Bisoprolol
Carvedilol
Metoprolol
Nadolol
Propranolol
Timolol
Calcium channel blockers These medications have multiple effects on the heart. They are used to slow the heart rate in patients with AFib and to reduce the strength of the muscle cell’s contraction. Examples of calcium channel blockers include:
Diltiazem
Verapamil
Digoxin. This medication slows the rate at which electrical currents are conducted from the atria to the ventricle."

Thanks for all the info!

I already did look up tachycardia and mentioned it at the ER in the hospital

The Doc at the Hospital laughed at me and threw me out after mentioning it. He only took my Pulse and said that this is just "normal". ( was 90 then and there) even tho it is 50% higher than my normal from before ( resting pulse 60 ) and even gets higher to twice the BMP and higher, so 120+

Thanks for the listing of medications. I knew about beta blockers and calcium channel blockers from my research before.

Also heard much about Propranolol on here and from users DM'S. It may also help with anxiety I guess

What would be the most harmless in your opinion?

So 90 while sitting is technically in the normal range, have you tried talking to your primary gp? They should have your historical records

Know those as my granny has em, Heart rhytm disturbances But if you have a continues high HR ?

My granny also received baby aspirin for years, after one bout of chest pain not a hearth attack.
While it was 15/ 20 years ago known as contradicted for 70 + as preventive. Like when you had 1 chest pain.
That was corrected to even more restictons she is 90 + got black everlasting bruises. 1=1=2, her dr is cooked.
she stopped on my advise, i told her to first inform a nurse dr. Does war survivors give fuck bout that.
She stopped, DIY, and the black bruises dissapeared.

What med besides a Benzo or sedative is there ? Btw he mentioned in PM chest pain too though ER said its ok.
Send him home.
So a shitty health care system he said. And i m no expert in the field, But chest pain is alarming for me.

So maybe someone with more knowledge could chime in.

Technically maybe yes, for some people. I know my heart rate. It was 60 before. Now 90 lying down or sitting. That is not normal for me anymore. it goes up to 120+ without any effort. so also not normal again.

I have no primary gp anymore. Every doc I saw also said 90 is "n0rmal" but I know my normal heart beat myself good enough. No need for historical records here. Even if there were.

Additional Info:

HR was always 60 before. now 90 - 120, and even up more than that 24/7

They just sent me home at the ER and the Chest Pain Unit at my local hospital saying this is "n0rmal".

even tho I told them I have a pinching pain feeling in my heart and pain in my left arm / shoulder area from the heart

It might just be placebo, but that the signs for a dr. to check your heart out right.

I always was told they are a possible warning of a hearth attack or faillure.
maybe both like said i d have to do a scientific pseudo reseach first.
