How much money have you spent on drugs in the past 10 years?

ball park a guess. I was thinking about this today and pretty shocked. it has to be tens of thousands maybe 20-50 k.

how bout you?

please include drug class for added info...i would think opioids are the most expensive to be addicted to...maybe cocaine too

A few thousand, but I've been cleaner as of late. I once estimated about 100k over my whole life.
 
too barred to total it up but i spend around $500 every two weeks on a big pick up of multiple drugs to get me through to the next paycheck, and its been like that since my the first paycheck i got

over how many years? i'm not too drunk to do the math yet.


however....i didn't factor alcohol into my #......probably would put it up to 100k

its a labor of love...worth every penny ;)
 
On recreational drugs? Hardly any. Alcohol on the other hand I don't even want to think about.

for me it is tens of thousands easily, legal drugs included or not.

when youve spent over a grand on something, lets say weed, at one time... 20,000 suddenly sounds like a small #.
 
After about 8 years of I.V. heroin addiction, I don't even want to think about that number. I'd ballpark my average daily cost at around $80... for 8 damn years. Please don't do the math for me :P
 
About 40,000 sterling. Although at least half of that was stolen from my parent's. However, I'm an only child so technically it's mine anyway. The waiting game sucks though.

Dad died two years ago, mum has chronic COPD and refuses to give up smoking. The latter means they won't give her home oxygen, which is fine by me. The amount I've spent on cartons of cigarettes for her over the past years though, I deserve something. The house is fully paid for and must be worth >£350,000. Now just wait to see the b*tches come sniffing round when I roll up in my new Aston Martin.

Ugh, I'm going on like 13+ iv mostly heroin use, minus a few months here and there. I remember my first year of use I tried to come up with a number around 15,000 but that was a dealers habit, at this point I really can't even or don't want to know the number. It's stupid whatever it is.
