Paraphernalia how much hemp can I possess at one time legally in Texas?

I found a website that will sell anywhere between an ounce and a kilo of hemp, delta 8, and delta 10 for VERY low prices, like 10$ a gram for delta 8 when you buy 10 grams, or a pound of hemp for 150$
they are in Oregon, and I live in Texas, so I'm worried about the legality of this transaction, can anyone help?
