I'm a female, 5'6", ranging from 127-132 lbs (depending on the time of the month

). I go to the gym and run/walk for 45 minutes, on an incline on the treadmill, 5 days a week. I'm also a restaurant manager/bartender/waitress, and I work at least 40 hours a week and am always on my feet constantly moving. So, I get quite a bit of physical activitiy every day
I eat around 1800 calories a day, BUT I burn anywhere from 300-400 calories on the treadmill (depending on the ratio of running vs. walking). I also do not factor in the estimated calories that I burn at work, which I'm sure is substantial considering my shifts are long and like I said, I'm always on my feet moving around. I'm actuall considering buying a pedometer and wearing it at work to see how much walking I actually do (out of curiousity

). Being as active as I am, I probaby *should* be eating more every day, but this amount seems to work for me. Some days I eat more, some less. If I'm starving, I will allow myself to eat, although many times I can't eat right when I become very hungry (if I'm busy at work then I can't and am not even allowed to eat anyway) which can be frustrating but I've learned to ignore the hunger.
I'm an obsessive calorie counter which is a habit I *wish* I could break but I have tried and I can't

I'm sort of OCD about it, but I HAVE to know the exact number of calories I'm consuming or I freak out and feel guilty and fat. Yeah, I'm WEIRD! But I used to be a lot heavier and lost a lot of weight a few years ago, and have kept it off, so I'm just doing what works for me!
