First things first, No I dont plan on taking a bottle of tylenol because I want an early exit. Its the complete opposite. I may even be a hypochondriac

I ask this because about 2 months ago I was taking Percocets and Tylenol 4s for a month recreationally. I was taking ~900mg a day in one dose with maybe a couple days break here and there. From what I know, it takes a hell of a lot more than that to actually cause serious liver damage however as previously stated, I have the tendency to be a Hypochondriac. I know people take stupid amounts like 1500mg a day but Im not here to compare, everyones different.

Anyways, I did a couple CWEs 2 days in a row on tylenol 1s. Each dose had about 4500 apap before filtration of the tylenol. Im having weird stool passings and bowel movements, mind you I just recovered from food poisoning 2 weeks ago where I was shitting waterfalls for a week straight 20 times a day. I decided to eat 20 extremely vinegary chicken wings with spice last night and today and thats all my diets been in the past 18 hours. My stool is literally almost non existent when it comes out its extremely small and the best way to describe it is "Squiggly" if that makes sense. Wiping produces an oily light brown on the toilet paper. I know this sounds silly as hell but Im only 21, I dont really want to have major issues at such a young age or even die.

Im putting this in Other Drugs Discussion because its asking information on potential lethal amounts of APAP. Im sick of hearing how people have taken 10Gs all at once and magically survived, unless its possible. CWE solutions were clear, lightly cloudy be clear. Urine is pretty normal in ratio with the amount of water ive been drinking. No burning or pain anywhere just weird stool passings and stomach gurgling.

Diet over the past month: Pizza and Chicken Wings
Being a hypochondriac: Priceless

Okay, taking 4000-7000 mg a day could lead to OD. Swim just took 7 300mg apap/30mg codeine so you should be fine!

back in the day i was taking the big horse pill looking 10/1000 (hydrocodone/apap) mg vicodins.. like a lot of them during the day. when i was getting the 5/325 (oxy/apap) percocets i'd be poppin like 25 a day. i'm not condoning being dumb ass and doing stuff like that. but i survived. my liver values and everything is fine. but thats just MY story. when i found out that these pills actually had apap in it i consciously started not going over 4000mg/day and i was at that dose for months.
i also know somebody that took too many and overdosed on the apap and almost died for taking too many at one time. this was when we were freshmen in high school and my buddy thought you could get high on them if you took enough

i don't think you're even close to having to worry about anything.. i'm not surprised your all fucked up if you didn't eat for a couple days due to food poisoning and then go out eating a hunnid chicken wangs

You should not take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen a day. Taking more, especially 7000 mg or more, can lead to a severe overdose if not treated.

Symptoms
Abdominal pain
Appetite loss
Coma
Convulsions
Diarrhea
Irritability
Jaundice
Nausea
Sweating
Upset stomach
Vomiting
Note: Symptoms may not occur until 12 or more hours after the acetaminophen was swallowed.

Its been a few days since my last dose. Phatso is right, I didnt eat for a week straight and then I decided to gorge my ass on pizza and spicy ass vinegary wings for a week straight after I recovered. Fuck me, fuck my overthinking BS and fuck everything. Im gonna pop 2 T4s. Thats 600mg APAP. So hardcore.

Phatso, how many pills did your friend take? Just curious

i don't really know how many exactly. but if i remember right he and another dude split a whole bottle. they both ended up in the hospital

i also had a friend just as stupid thinking you could do this with ibuprofen. taking like 12 or 14 (?) of the 600mg ones. nothing happened to hm though...besides getting some weird face swelling and watery eyes

Can someone Please reply to this Quickly I made the mistake of combing my adderall and Hydrocodones(5-325) and did not realize the amount I was taking, I ended up taking 26 Codones over 48 hours. which is 8,450 APAP.

I'm 5'6 and weigh 116. I have a super fast metabolism (my Vyvanse "Extended Release" only last me 6 hours)

I Took 17 grams of acetaminophen 76 hours ago and another 14 grams 48 hours ago and apart from vomiting once about 24 hours ago ive really had no symptoms. Am I done for or did I dodge a bullet?

dont these stupid people ingesting huge amounts of APAP know how to do CWE thats a cold water extraction it dead simple and can save your liver people. There is a huge thread on this I suggest you go look it up before you end up dead

This has been discussed to death before. IF YOU ARE REALLY WORRIED THEN CALL 911 AND GET OFF BLUELIGHT!

More than 8-10 grams in one dose any time and nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, malaise, fever, jaundice, other nasty shit? SEE A DOCTOR
More than 4 grams on a repeated, daily basis and any of the above symptoms? DOCTOR
If you're a chronic alcoholic, older than 65 or youhger than 25, or have a bad liver, and any of the above symptoms at any dose? DOCTOR

otherwise just STOP WORRYING, WAIT AND WATCH. The more you worry the worse you will feel. Don't take any more Tylenol. If possible, take several grams of N-acetyl cysteine. If you experience any of the symptoms of APAP poisoning contact a doctor immediately. If nothing has come up after 24 hours or the symptoms are only mild and transient, you are going to be fine.

I'm closing this. We are not going to act as a free clinic for personalized Tylenol overdose information. If you have concerns see a doctor or call a non-emergency line to the hospital.
