Opioids How many Lortab 7.5 can i take before worrying about taking too much acetaminophen?

I have some Lortab 7.5's and I was wondering how many y would have to take before the acetaminophen bacame an issue. 5"4', 100 lbs.

If so, I wouldn't take more than 3 as especially with your size, you would prob puke.

I weight 140 and that amount would definitely make me puke.

So maybe about 2 and a half pills? 2 pills isn't doing very much.

Recomended dosing for APAP is up to 650 mg every 4 to 6 hours or 1000 mg every 6 to 8 hours and the max dose of APAP is 75 mg/kg per 24 hours but never exceeding 4 g in a 24 hour period.

FYI: (1 kg = 2.2 lbs).

I believe it is recommended to not exceed 4,000 mg of APAP.

With 500 in each, I wouldn't take more than 4 personally.

Although you technically can take more APAP, every time I've ever taken that much I've thrown up and wasted them.

If you have any tolerance, the 10/325 are the only thing that's really worth it... And even then... Just get oxy or dope.

Well whats your ideal dosage of hydrocodone? Maybe it's worth it to do a CWE.

I usually get 10/325s personally so I dont bother with CWE when I dose. You really do need to be careful though.
