Heroin How long to wait to drink liquor after heroin?

I've been using heroin again after taking a few week break. My question is how long should I wait to drink liquor after using heroin? Of course I'm sure it all depends on quite a few factors, but it's my friends birthday and we are going to a popular bar and would like to partake in the fun. It's been a couple hours so far and we'll be there around 10pm (which will be 4 hours after my dose). I've never combined the two before and would like to get some useful info. I've searched and searched but I'm not able to find anything on this. Thanks guys.
 
If you're coherent enough to be awake and typing this message, then you should be fine pacing yourself with some drinks over the next few hours. In the interests of harm reduction though, just take it slow on the first couple and listen to how you're body's doing and judge accordingly. Have a good and safe night out!
 
I would give the heroin a full 6 hours for two half lives to complete on the heroin.

If you've already waited 4 hours, wait 2 more so that you'll have 1/4th of the amount of heroin in your system you consumed. If you start drinking now then you're going to still have about half the heroin you did still in your blood which is by no means a safe amount to be consuming alcohol.

You're state of sobriety/coherency really is not an accurate way to determine the safety of combining two extremely potent CNS depressants, you'll still be running a higher risk of fatal respiratory depression by consuming alcohol tonight at all, so of course the smart thing to do would be skip alcohol.

I don't get to the point where I knod out and pass out. I can still do everyday things such as write a message online lol. I'm going to wait a couple more hours just in case. I guess I'm looking for something a little more informative and scientific to back everything up.
 
There isn't a precise answer, it's not like it's dangerous to drink any alcohol within 6 hrs of using heroin and as soon as 6 hrs are up you can drink as much as you want without risk. Personally I have gotten extremely ill from drinking alcohol after using heroin, even when I waited 6 hrs and was not feeling any effects from the heroin other than not being in withdrawals. It totally depends on a bunch of factors like how much heroin you used, your individual metabolism, your tolerance to heroin and to alcohol, and how much alcohol you are going to drink. I would suggest you drink less than usual and drink very slowly.
