Bupe How long Should I wait to take the Percocet since my last sub dose?

Okay So I've been taking suboxone 8/2 mg off and on for a week now. 3 days out of this week I took morphine and oxy (last wednesday, thurs, fri) But since then I've been taking suboxone only. Now I've got my hands on about 10 Percocet 10MG . I KNOW this question has been asked a lot but everyone's dosage on sub is different. I was taking the sub only one time each day. My last dose was around 11pm last night and it was 4 mg (half of a strip) I've been taking half an 8 mg strip every day now since saturday I'd say. It's been about 12 hours already. I'm thinking I need to wait around 24-36 hours. I need everyone's opinion though. I wanna make sure I'm not gonna waste these percs. Also I'd be taking around 50 mg of the oxys with some xanax. so yeah comment below and tell me when I should take the percs. I could be wrong. I know last week wen I took a 20 mg oxy ir I got a slight buzz and It had only been 18 hours w/o sub. i feel like hydro/oxy go through sub more because when I took a 100 mg morphine I didn't feel it AT ALL. i Plugged 50mg and then 2 hours later chewed up another 50 mg of the morphine. so i do think it depends on the opiate. It was sustained release morphine though but I broke it up. Anyways. any advice would be nice! thanks.

We are all different in the way our bodies metabolise a substance so there is no set time to give you. All you can do is wait until you feel physical withdrawals that way you know you have opiate receptors open to accept more opiates. If your not in withdrawal and take the perc then you won't feel anything. But don't be surprised if you don't feel much from the percs even if you wait till your in withdrawal because they are a lot weaker than Suboxone. If you've been taking 4mg Subs for a bit then your tolerance has likley increased to the point where a couple percs don't do much for you besides take away withdrawal for a hour or two. The best way would be to taper down to 1mg of Suboxone over a few days then go without any sub for a day or two. If you do this and take the percs you should feel better than you would just stopping 4mg Suboxone until you feel sick then taking the percs.
