Opioids How long should I wait to do roxicodone after taking suboxone?

ok so swim got like 4 8mg suboxone films last week and swim did 1 film last tuesday another film last friday and swim just did 2 films today.swim might be getting sum roxicodone soon.If swim gets sum roxi how long should swim wait to do it to get a good high?(it was swims first time doing suboxone and besides the suboxone swim hasnt done any opiates in months so swims tolerance isnt too bad.)
 
Ain't no point in doin subs unless yer physically dependent. For yer ? It takes about 24 to 48 hrs for ya to feel any opiates. That's what subs to they block all opiates and keep ya outta withdraw.

I would. Wait to at least Tuesday to do any without wasting. Since yer not dependent you won't have to worry bout wothdraws or waste anythin.

Last week I did a whole stip in the afternoon an shot some dope the next nite didn't feel too much but the followin moerning I was fucked up so w that much subs wich is a lot ya should wait a few days.

subs actually get me high because i havent done any opiates in a while because iv been away from home but i just wanted to post this thread because of the specific amount of subs i took in the past 5 days
 
It's best to wait at least 24-48 hours since your last suboxone dosage. More time is better, up until about a week, after which it won't make much of a difference.

Buprenorphine's half life is pretty long (longer than a day), so if you take 16mg one day, the next day you will still have 8mg bupe in your system, then the next day you'll have 2mg etc. It can take quite a while before you get all the bupe out of your system and can feel total effects from your e.g. oxycodone again.

I would wait at least 5 days before you take oxycodone, for best effects. You wouldn't go wrong waiting for a whole week though.
 
this girl which i got the subs from is hooking me up with 30mg of roxi and im going out of town next sunday so would doing a couple lines of 30mg roxi friday night get me a good high?
 
yeah by friday you'll be fine to take opiates. when you do bupe in the future try not to do more than 2mg that way even if you get your hands on some blues the next day you'll be good to take em.
 
Good advice here. Just keep in mind that the bupe will block most of the oxycodone while it is in your system, and that bupe has an average half-life of ~37 hours. I am not sure however if it still has the blocking effects or if the sub stays attached to the receptors this long tho.

Also keep in mind that taking sub too soon after a full-agonist like oxycodone can result in precipitated withdrawal, which is something to be avoided at all costs. But IIRC you need a physical dependency with the full agonists for this to occur.
 
id wait a full 48 hours to get full effects. i ived 90mg of roxi 28 hours after a 4mg sub dose n didnt get any slight rush. i did feel good but it was a waste. i suggest waiting 48hrs if ur lookin for a rush
 
I feel like I'm saying this a lot recently... the search engine or google will easily give you the answer to basic questions like these.. there is no sense in creating an entire new thread on a basic topic that's been covered all over the place 1000 times.
