I have a little CFO that I desperately want to take because it's been way too long since my last real opioid experience. How long should I wait until the kratom is entirely out of my system? I take about 5g a day as of now.

I think 5g a day kratom habit shouldn't impact your opium experience much.

That said, kratom does disproportionally raise opioid tolerance relative to its rather mild activity as an opioid (with respect to plain leaf kratom).

But 5g a day is a very low dose, and shouldn't make a big difference if you plan to take a strong dose of opium.

Maybe wait till you are in kratom withdrawal, and then take opium.

How do you plan on taking it? Do you have opium in resin form, or are you using poppy pod tea? Or poppy seed tea?

Whatever you do, don't smoke the opium. While an interesting experience (especially if you are smoking opium you've collected from plants that you've grown), smoking opium is a big waste (unless you have a huge amount of it). Taken orally produces a much more intense and longer lasting high.

I have resin I extracted from a half pound of seeds. It's more than I expected. Probably only going to take half of what I have because I don't want to puke, but I'll probably wait a week after my last kratom dose. It'll be a little shitty to sleep and everything but I got off of it with the help of RSO somewhat easily a month or less back. Last time I got kratom it was 2 Oz of cut leaf and im thoroughly convinced that most companies adulterated the powder. Normally 50 of powder lasts a week or less, but I've had this for 3. Strong stuff, but some stems (with the amount, i also think stems are maybe stronger than leaf).

A follow up question... is there any amount of 6mam that could be produced with apple cider or white 3% vinegar? I'm aware that this isn't a reliable or profitable method, and I know how it would normally be made, but is it possible that 3% could acetylate the 6 position of a portion if its basified with calcium carbonate? Probably not worth tho.

Using apple cider or 3% white vinager is not a reliable or profitable method; it's not even possible. You would need glacial (essentially pure) acetic acid at a minimum.

Note the resin you extracted from poppy seed is mostly fats and oils. I've extracted resin from the entire poppy plant (leaves, branches and even roots) -- which were the left overs from the pods and stems -- and it produced a large quality of resin, but it was very low strength.

If you're going to extract resin from poppy seeds, best thing to do is, after vigorously shaking off the coating of the seeds with fairly hot water, take extracted liquid and defat the solution with canola oil. Essentially you just add canola oil to solution, shake vigorously (I use a magnetic stirrer), and then once thoroughly mixed, separate the fat layer and discard. Then you evaporate the solution to yeild a defatted extract, contain a much higher percentage of alkaloids.

But wouldn't make sense to go through all that work just for just 1/2 pound of seeds. This is best done on multiple pounds of seeds (ones that have been sampled beforehand to ensure they are a strong batch).

Thanks. This is what I was after. Just wondering if the possibility of conversion was there. Well aware of most of the other information and the only reason it's not more seeds is that I needed to evaporate the whole extract in a day and it would take too much water for me to do that with more seeds. Might have to try the canola oil at some point with more resin. Thx again!
