You are talking about taking 6mg, 2 days in a row. Not to mention you had a month of abstinence before that. You have no tolerance, no physical dependence. 2 days does not raise your threshold. Let's go out on a limb and say it did ever so slightly, maybe you take 1 and 1/2. If you have a panic attack right this second I could bet with almost ceartainty that 2mg would stop it. Does anyone read the things they are responding too? I don't mean to sound condescending but, damn. It doesn't matter how much you are prescribed. Tolerance does not build in 2 days but through consistent use.

@downsideup take your medication as prescribed. You must have a surplus because you haven't taken them as prescribed this month. You need not worry, you do not have a tolerance and in case you have to take them for medical reasons, "panic attacks", you should have plenty. 2 days of exaggerated use does not cause an increase in tolerance.
