1g amphetamines.. swalloed on snorted during short time... how long to expect be high? 1,2,3 days?
 
A single dose of amphetamine stays in your urine, blood and saliva for 1-2 days.

It'll only get you high above a certain threshold level in your bloodstream though. You'll stay high for around 4-6 hours without redosing.

I'm gonna close this, it seems suspiciously like a drugs testing question, and you have your answer anyway.
