How long do you think until they make Phenazepam illegal

It's currently listed as a RC, "not for human consumption"... So it doesn't fall under any Schedule because it has no medical purpose

"Not for human consumption" was printed on the 2C-I bags and wadduya know it's a controlled substance now.

It doesn't have any legitimate medical purpose but I like all benzos it's good for stim comedown, withdrawel and anxiety.
 
I don't see any reason to speculate about this but assuming you mean the US, I'll let the regional staff decide if they'd like to keep it or not.

ok so its a benzo..but you saidf its an RC..so you dont need a script?
 
^ its not technically an RC. Its a benzodiazepine used therapeutically in Russia and since the pharmacologically-closest benzodiazepines used for the same purposes in the US are schedule IV, analogue laws do not apply.

Since its somewhat in a legal gray area its often lumped in with research chemicals but its not a drug designed by 'rogue' chemists meant to skirt current drug legislation typical of designer drugs/research chemicals.

I did phenaz daily for about a year and that was 2-3 years ago. I kept buying more and more because I was positive it would be illegal any day.

I'd say it will be illegal about 6 months after its sold in convenience stores and/or when someone accidently OD's or kills someone while under the influence.

That's exactly what I was going to say. Once it goes the "bath salt" route, it will be banned very fast.
