Opioids How long do amphetamines lower seizure threshold?

I want to take 300-400mg tramadol. Yesterday i took adderall. I took 15mg at 4pm, 15mg at 5pm and 15mg at 7pm. Its 8:40 am. So my question is, at 1pm will adderall still be effecting my seizure threshold? Thanks
