How long after suboxone can I take my prescribed oxycodone?

Hi I have a question. I ran out of my prescribed oxycodone early again. It’s almost Saturday now and I can get it filled Wednesday.

Withdrawal isn’t awful but I’ve felt better.

I have suboxone on hand from when I quit methadone years ago.

Can I take methadone for a few days to get thru this? I already took a little, and it stopped the withdrawal. Am I safe to take my oxycodone again on Wednesday? If not how long? Thanks.

The title says subuxone but you mentioned taking methadone.. so which one was it.

And for interest sake what dose did you take of (?) And what is your oxy dose?

You’re right, I was tired and messed it up. Thanks for pointing it out.

The question was supposed to be about using some of my left over subs to make it thru this, and if I decided to do this, what happens when my oxycodone rx is refilled? Will I be able to use them when needed? Will I need to withdraw from suboxone again?

Oxycodone dose is 10mg up to 4x a day.
