Opioids How long after snorting heroin should I wait before taking benzos?

Hullo!

If I snorted some heroin today, with my last line being around 5pm, how long would I have to wait until it was safe to take 1mg or 2mg of Etizolam? I overdid it on the dope a bit and it made me sick to my stomach. Ideally I would like to take 1mg to help me get to sleep later but I realise that's probably not wise.

Would it be safe to take Etizolam tomorrow?

I tried searching for an answer but couldn't find much.

I would think so. But everyone is different.
I don´t understand why would you want to take Etizolam after having snorted heroin.
Again, I do see any problems but wait until tomorrow if you are not sure.
 
We can't give you a definite answer, as we don't know your individual tolerance to each drug. I would wait till morning if you're naive to both opioids and benzodiazepines, better safe than sorry since you said you over did the dope.

If you do it anyway, better to wait till you can't feel the heroin anymore. It's a short acting opioid, so you should be okay if you wait 6-8 hours. But again, I just don't know your tolerance. I'm tolerant to both and have combined massive amounts at the same time with no issue while other people have died. Just use common sense and err on the side of caution.
 
Thanks Erikmen and rhun. I think I'm going to wait until the morning, don't want to risk it. Good to know that it should be out of my system by then, anyway.

Shortly after speaking to you guys I cooked myself some delicious food from scratch (thin wholemeal pizza base, chicken+broccoli+various toppings) and had a quarter of it, followed by a nice cup of tea. I soon felt like a new man. Sometimes it's crazy what (the right) food can do when you're feeling like your stomach is imploding from too many drugs. Settled me right up! Then the tea was just a very normal, grounding British thing to do and allowed me to unwind and take my mind off it. Anyway, I felt millions better :)

Didn't take anything else that night and decided to wait until this morning. Had 3mg Etiz on waking up as I was feeling like absolute pap from the mini-heroin binge the day before. As was my plan all along I now feel relaxed and floaty. I am calling this endeavour a success.

Thanks for the HR advice guys, I needed that! Hope this thread can help someone, somewhere, some time.
