Cocaine how long after last line of coke is it safe to use opiate comedown

i did my last line of coke about 15 minutes ago and of course it was cut hard like most crap around here so it wasnt that potent. what is a safe wait time to use opiates to comedown or what methods do you recommend to comedown. and also i have kpins and temazepam 1mgkpin and 30temaz. what is the safest method to use to comedown because i have to use something or i get anxiety and aches and as of right now im getting major depression and no its not from the crappy coke, although i will never use coke again because its just not a good drug for me. others may disagree saying i got crap and not the real stuff but i deal with major depression and ive finally learned it makes it worse. any adivce is appreciated guys. thanks bl for what you help us with. this forum has saved me and informed me many times. oh yea i have lortab 7.5, roxi 10's and couple roxie 15.
