That's good news, it has to be the way forward.
The police will get more time to focus on more important crimes and people won't go to prison for wanting to have a good time.

I believe that taking the harm caused by useing the criminal system to try and deal with drug use is a great way to remove a great deal of harm. It’s something in the larger equation we have instant full control over and I look forward to seeing how this works out.
