500mg primidone, 250mg tramadol & 500mg paracetamol.
Almost painfree, good enough for me. (The pain has also diminished over the last few days so it's not just the meds.

Well, today I was still relaxed from the 4-8mg Xanax I had last night :D
As for this afternoon: 150mg Pseudoephedrine (50mg DXM included in the pills), about 4 cups of coffee and about half a pack of ciggies. This kept me pepped up for some much needed gardening done
As for tonight/now: 10mg Diazepam, 360mg CWE Codeine, 2mg Xanax, and a few scotch and cokes and ciggies. Some more Xanax and drinkies and ciggies about to happen as we speak
Feeling good as :D

80 mg oxycodone snorted in a snorting frenzy after a day out and away from my meds - not really getting thaaat high anymore. Might waterline or snort some hydromorph just now. I won't lie the needle is looking more and more less like a ridiculous option.
Edit: I don't think I'd ever do it. I have been receiving IV shots of morphine and pethdine for a decade though (periodically) - but that's from either a doc or an RN. The doc once left a half full ampoulle of morphine behind and I tried to shoot it (as a kid lol!) and missed and my whole arm turned red. SO I don't think it's worth the risk - specially with pills.
