Car#arfentanil did make it's way to the UK a few years ago and no surprises for discovering that it lead to a lot of overdoses. I think the problem with all of the fentanyl classis that they are fairly μ2 selective and so tend to cause overdoses (stopping respiration) and even if one has a μ1 selective ligand, it seems that the actual potency seems to vary hugely between people.
So just mixing it with caffeine (using a V-mixer) still doesn't resolve the issue of the same dose being perfect for one person while another is quietly turning blue in the corner.
Has anyone else come across any other examples of these high-potency ligands and do they know a way to ensure ODs do not occur? If it's orally active I guess pills with 2 break-lines (so people can start with ¼ of a pill and indeed, it's possible to make them impractical to shoot but it has ti be addressed. I mean, I might try it and feel fine... but just ow many people do I need to agree for it to be considered a safe formulation?
