Because the moment those words come out of your mouth, you know in your heart whether you meant them or not.
If you didn't mean them, you know it right away, and it's the worst feeling in the world.
But if you did mean it, you know it with your whole heart...and it's the best thing you've ever said in your life.

Little update on kimmy's love life
... I talked to my ex last night on the phone and before we hung up, he said to me, there's something I have to tell you...I love you. And my heart stopped. And without thinking twice, I said I love you too. And I knew I meant it. I don't know what's going to happen between us, but I've had the biggest smile on my face all day.
