How do I go about getting the residue of H out of a plastic bag?

I received a bag of dope, and did what was in it but it has residue alll over the plastic baggie! How can I get all this out to make up a good two shots. I am splitting it with my boyfriend... Any suggestions?

BTW ; I am new to this and posted it in homeless threads because I didnt know but maybe I will get some replies on this forum!
 
The residue left within plastic baggies is such a reliable source of extra dope that me and my girlfriend always factor it into the total amount of dope that we split. No baggie goes unscratched.

I usually set up a stainless steel tray or a CD case, then proceed to scratch the inner surface of the bag using a razor or an xacto blade (wipe off the lubricant first). It takes a little know-how to get the most out of the baggies--experiment and see what works.
 
I always ripped opened my "empty bags" over a mirror and scrape the leftover stuff out with a knife or whatever I could find. Its not that hard. Just be careful not to make too quick movements... cough.. ect.. or it might blow away. I use to also scrape out the toot I use or even cut them open. I was pretty sad. However, a lot of extra dope did build up after awhile.
 
Wash with water and citric if needed, easy since you are using needles, just pour 2ml water or whatever amount you use into the baggie. The heroin will go into solution, problem solved.
 
I usually unfold the bag & use my drivers license/ID card to scrape out the residue onto my cellphone screen.
Also, the guy above me has a good idea.
 
Unless it was bag containing an ounce and the whole thing is coated, I don't really see you getting two "good" shots out of it. With the little paper stamp bags, some always gets caught in the little crevices inside the baggies and if you have 30-50 of them you can sometimes get 1 or 2 decent shots out of the scrapings, depending on how vigilant you are about getting all the dope out of them in the first place...I usually empty and rip my bags as I'm doing them so it's not really something I even worry about...

With plastic...I've had plastic baggies that had a lot of shit in them stuck to the edges, and out of everything heroin is the hardest to actually get it to come off, meth is the easiest... I like to take the bag and just rub the opposite sides of the bag against each other between my fingers, that sometimes works...if there's actual visible flakes stuck to the bag a razor can work, but if it's just generalized dustiness you could use the water like somebody said, but then the water sticks to the bag somewhat too...

I really hope that there's actually something in there and that you guys aren't hoping to get high off a single empty bag with a little residue because you might find yourself disappointed...good luck though!
 
Sometimes i get really sticky tar heroin and it gets all over my fingers just trying to rip a piece of the gram. If its tar stick the baggy in the freezer for a bit, it will harden then take the bag out and crumple it over a plate or something and all the pieces will fall out and be hardened. If its powder, well, is this really that difficult to figure out?

I use this little 'tool' and do it over a mirror or a metal silver case thingy I have, then use a razor to scrap it all together.

I just put it in the cooker with some fresh water and boil it. Then rinse off the bag, while holding it with my tweezers, with some fresh water I sucked up with a syringe. Does the trick every time!
