Benzos How dangerous is IV midazolam (versed)

Had surgery recently and had some and thought it was great. Thinking of getting my own. Most searching on old threads there are the usually recs against doing it at home because of respiratory depression.

I've learned there are some drugs I will just never fuck with again, fentanyl for example. Almost died, lost a few friends to it.

I'll bang dilaudid or blues without a care, because they come in a pill dosed and I know how many I need to get off and this is no where neare a dangerous amount and you know exactly how much is going into you each shot. Analyd I don't find them compulsive as far as redosing and most of the time I only usually obtain enough for one shot anyways

What are peoples opinions on midazolam? Is it just not worth it to fuck with it?

I think it's not prescribed that often; it's mainly used for induction of anesthesia and lethal injection. But I wouldn't think it would be that much more dangerous than abusing xanax or klonopin.

As long as your careful with the dose and don't mix it with any other CNN depressants I think you would be ok. I also advise having someone there with you in case you are rendered incapacitated and need help.

I considered this just for the experience, was it actually that nice? I read up on it and apparently it's almost entirely hypnotic and amnesic, so there doesn't seem to be much appeal.
