How bad is it to mix dilaudid with cocaine?

Personally, I've found this combo to be fucking amazing, almost an equal level of high that mdma brings me. I feel all warm and fuzzy and amazing from the hydro and then i do a line and i'm up moving around feeling on top of the world...

Is it really that bad? I spread my lines out as long as i can. (and i always find expensive stuff and pay extra cuz i'm sick of this 40/60 street crap that's always floating around)

Your right that is a great combo I like to shoot like 4mg then take a huge rip of crack talk about a rush the first time I did it all I could say was woah!! I dont think its too terribly dangerous.

Its not exactly risk free. Uppers and downers together tend to have an increased cardiac risk. Like others have said take it easy.

The thing to watch out for is redosing dilaudid after doing some coke. As the stim effect from the coke can cover up the depressant effect of the hydro, if you do a lot of hydro and then the coke wears off, it can cause you to OD.

^ there is no inherent risk, cardiovascular or otherwise - except for the fact that if you overdose on opioids you become hypoxic (reducing oxygen levels in the blood) and cocaine is a vasoconstrictor (reducing bloodflow to the heart and elsewhere) so the two wouldn't be a gret combination. The idea of them somehow sending mixed messages and this being dangerous is false, however.

They are a dangerous mix though - the main danger comes from the upper masking the effects of the downer, so you don't realise you have taken too much until the upper (especially a short-lived one such as cocaine) wears off, and you overdose on the hydromorphone - so please go steady!

yea I did this for a while till I overdosed on the coke... I was iving way too much tho... after that was my rough road to cleaning up my act a bit... took me perhaps 4 months to finally quit everything... cept herb... and maintained that for over 3 years... now I approach drugs differently and set limits before I consume and suchso as not tooverdo them... and then just this year I got way carried away on mxe... luckily once I decided no more... quittting was extremely easy compared to any other thing I've ever quit after long use... dilaudid, especially mixed with blow is extremely hard to not want again and again once you feel it... be careful to do this very rarely if you decide to do it...

start with the cocaine, and save the dillies for the comedown. they are both powerful psychoactive chemicals and should provide euphoria alone

I never had that much fun with dilauded. Would just feel numb more than high.

When I went through my "coke phase" I would blow a gram in an evening and dose opiates throughout the evening just as compulsively. I found that my self control was blown to smithereens. The combination is far too moreish but for the comedown I found opiates to be essential, particularly after an evening on the blow.

I would highly not reccomend this mixture but I have found it to be amazing. Dilaudid, xanax, and coke. It isnt a push pull combo, you're not sleepy but not wide awake and overall you feel incredible. If you arent going to follow my advice and do it anyway don't do your normal dose please, this is a VERY dangerous combo not to be yaken lightly.
