I have found this to be very beneficial. I enhance my water by adding a fair amount of salt and a very small amt. of honey or maple syrup. As someone with a sweet tooth, I started out by occasionally adding honey, but found that it just tasted off, but the salt sure does cut it and make it taste like something a professional made. The key is to use a minimal amt. of the honey or syrup, and don't be afraid to use more salt (but still be careful, cuz it'll get gross fast). Also, cheap honey is not good. And there's one more thing you need to call it homemade Gatorade, but I actually haven't tried it yet because I'm broke, but I have tried it own its own in the past and found it to taste quite good in water: potassium crystals.

Ever since doing this, I'm more hydrated when I drink water and I actually enjoy drinking it. Plain water is so bland, but sometimes I chase the prep with it, and, like that, it tastes good. Store bought beverages are pricey, many of them don't taste good, and many of them are in cheap plastic, which you don't want to consume. Glass is best, but I routinely buy the large water jugs of the frosted-looking plastic, which is more food-safe (HDPE); and I always buy the ones with a recent bottling date, indeed, sometimes trying multiple stores and asking if there any new ones in the back. I look forward to buying an expensive water filter.*

Use Diluted Celtic/ Hawaiian/ Japanese 'radioactive'. Wet salt.
Dilute it till it equal too blood plasma concentration.

Dogs where their blood plasma was replaced experiment:

group 1: Water and NaCl equivalent to blood plasma. Result death.
group 2. water with crystaliced 'fullspectrum' Seasalt, The ones i mentioned.
so without removing the precious substances.
And just sellin the cheap ass NaCl as table salt. To us.

Result the dogs survived, same goes for fish tanks,
they die in water diluted with only NaCl. The reason these people,
sort of morons give there Fish Celtic salt like diluted water.

But on their fries they put table salt ?
