Should sound obvious, right?
I spent quite a while messing about with doses, typically not going higher than 4 or 5 iu.
Then summer came, and I did 5iu before sunning, 5 iu after - noticed serious leap in darkness.
Then I did 10 iu before sun - again, huge jump.
And just now I did 20 iu, and almost puked - lol.
Serious dose of histamine I'm imagining.
Point being - I know some folk advocate lower doses and claim they're just as effective as high dose.
For easy to tan skin types - maybe that's true.
For non-tanners like myself - it's not true.
High dose, yields better results, and it's almost exactly proportional, is what's revealing itself to me.
More MT2 = more tan (though there's no way I'm going above 1 mg or 20 iu at once - nasty!)
