say someone has 60 5mg vicodin (got the brand name from the pharmacists they were all out of generics YEAH BOY) would you rather take 25mgs 12 times or 30mg 10 times. i guess this question could apply to any drug just in this scenario its with opioid. just as a reference 25mgs would give me a good buzz but 30mgs will defiantly do that and maybe even a nod. oh and will 45mg of dxm still potentate this like it does with percocet?

also 15mgs of percocet gives me a good buzz with 45mgs of dxm to potentate it, if that makes any difference.

As a general rule of thumb, be very careful when upping your dosage with opiates. I'm personally somewhat tempted to say that regular recreational use of opiates is always a pretty bad idea (primarily due to the risks of addiction and overdose, as well as the inevitable tolerance issues that will arise if you're ever prescribed them for serious chronic or postoperative pain), but generally if the lower dose gives you a decent buzz there's really no good reason to up it significantly.

i have halfway decent self-control when 15mgs of oxy was stopping me from nodding i stop usage for at least a week but now i got 60 vicodin (damn fracture) and whenever i come across hydros i do 30mg because they are free.(dont ask) and i love the buzz that 30mg of hydro gives anyone else?
