Not sure how to start. Newbie wanting to say hi. Saturday morning and my delivery of Zolpiderm failed to arrive. Dreading getting through this weekend. Going through a big separation to cap it all too. Any advice would be so welcome. Love this site x

Chin up and suck it up? What kind of advice are you exactly looking for?

I assume you're not getting these pills legitimately, in which case maybe it's time you should seek professional help (a crutch) in reducing your dose?

Apart from that, doing more of anything to help cope with the loss/end of something is a downward spiral you should keep well away from.

Oh yeah, chin up!

is it because you can't sleep?? a doctor might be sympathetic and prescribe you a weeks worth of zopiclone if you're pitiful enough, but as wenlock said, using anything in excess to help with a breakup is never really healthy (normal, yes, healthy, no).

i know this from personal experience. only time and moving on will help i'm afraid.

get yourself out with some friends if you have some, have some drinks and chat/flirt to some new people of the opposite of sex (or the same sex if that's your thing).

would love to hear an update Kid...

Wenlock, STFU

Sorry, fever prevents me from being more eloquent though I doubt it'd be more deserved.

Only just seen this now. Kid1 are you ok? We're here for you as support if you need / want it. We cannot discuss sourcing sorry or the mods will tan our arses - see their big sticks like bloody star was just kidding. Let us know if you're ok xxxx

Strange as I've just spotted this post also ? I would have suggested some other sleep aid, I know options are often limited at short notice though. If your finding you 'need' these these things for sleep then it is really a time to consider a taper or buying enough to keep you ticking over.

Over-the-counter and even behind-the-counter sleeping aids are one thing, but grey- and black-market pills are another thing entirely. It sounds as though you need proper medical advice from a qualified person, not some random people on the Internet. Either a medication régime that suits you, or a supervised taper combined with other, non-drug therapies -- that's for you and your doctor to decide.

You have a right to be well, so demand that right.
