Mental Health Hey. My asshole doctor has been giving me lobotomizing meds. Why can't I just refuse?

Lithium for bipolar, lexapro for depression, zyprexa for craziness, and propanolol for hypertension. I'm only take the lithium and fucking all the others because I have a serum concentration of 600 mg of lithium in my system. Why can't I just refuse these medications? How would they know if I refused and what can they do about it? These medications do no good. All they have is side effects. They all have side effects. They make me fat, stupid as hell, and unable to jack off. The lexapro is supposed to jack up my serotonin right? So why am I still depressed like a mother fucker? Ain't it supposed to make me happy or some shit?
