Heroin Heroin withdrawl while still on suboxone

Ive been clean off heroin for 50 days I used last week and didnt go thru withdrawl. Last night I did a pretty fat shot and have been feeling the effects of heroin for the last 12 hours woke up still nodding out here and there now im going into a nausea withdrawl vomiting every 1hr and I took 3-4mg of suboxone film about 8-9 hours ago and im still getting sick. If I do some more dope would I feel the dope and would it get rid of the nausea?

See no one responded to this so you've probably gotten through it.

If you're truly in w/d's, subs will be a great help. Common practice is to wait as long as possible after using your last dose of dope before taking any subs.

I got sick once by taking the sub too soon and got full on w/d's real fast. On the positive side, it didn't last terribly long.

The buprenophine in the subs has a higher affinity to your opiate receptors than pretty much any opiate you'll find, so if you take it while you still have dope on your receptors it'll kick em off and you'll feel like shit.

Also, once you've taken your sub, it's kinda pointless to dose again on dope because, as mentioned, the bup is super sticky and won't let the dope get in there. Im on sub maintenance and off opiates for the most part, but every so often when i want to use I'll take a couple days off from the subs before trying an opiate.

As Disco said, I'm pretty sure the bupe will severely diminish the effects of any H you do. Just stick through it the WD shouldn't be too bad, keep on the sub.

It depends on how much suboxone you took if you took under 4 mg then you will probably be able to feel the heroin though you may have to do a little bit more than normal.

It seems like you are experiencing precipitated withdrawals from dosing the suboxone while you still had heroin in your system.

I am not sure what the best way to get rid of the precipitated withdrawals would be though, but I recommend not taking anymore suboxone for a day or so, but if you choose to do more heroin, you have to wait 24hours after your last dose of heroin (or any other opiate other than suboxone) or until you are experiencing moderate withdrawals before dosing suboxone in the future.
