Well.

I am a full blown heroin addict, I cannot go more than about five or six ours with out a shot, before i start mt full blown withdraw, but I am also a full time college student and a part time employee at a taxing cooking (or salad making) job.

Juggling this life and keeping my addiction secret can be difficult. The sickness is so awful that I can't even stand up. I try so many things to try to make the pain a little more tolerable...Its the physical pain that I can't stand. It aches and rips me apart. I take showers to help but most of the time I cant even stand.

anyone have nay suggestions?

Here I found a thread that could help you with the physical discomfort. The top poster in this thread also lists a lot of other essential over the counter medications that help with the pain. You could try Imodium, heating pads, benadryl and naproxen. I hope you feel better asap.

Loperamide in high doses like 20-30mg will stop physical withdrawls(and cause terrible constipation btw). Benzos will help. Im a heroin addict though currently on sub maintenance so I know what your going through. But go with the loperamide its cheap and reasonably effective.

^^^Yeah seriously, if you're under your parent's health insurance go find yourself a suboxone doctor.. I know how it is, I'm currently on suboxone and it definitely helps. Once you start seeing a doctor they can hook you up with out patient rehab or 12 step meetings or something.

Without health insurance it can really be a bitch. But suboxone is probably cheaper than dope and methadone is cheaper than suboxone. So methadone is an option. If you need financial help there is always DSS or DHS (aka welfare).

If you can't hack it alone don't torture yourself, there is help out there. Taking the first step is hard but it really helps to have the support of your friends and family (if possible). Suboxone really is like a gift from heaven when you're all strung out. From the sound of your post over the counter remedies probably won't help especially if you can't take time off from work/school.

Honestly you might wanna think about kicking the habit. I was on the needle, and it's a pretty rough ride. OD is a big possibility as well.
