Heroin HEROIN/SUBOXONE HOW LONG UNTIL I SHOULD I WAIT TO SNORT HEROIN?

16mg suboxone a say. I haven't taken my dose today im getting 2 slips so will that get me high when the suboxone clears my system? And how long should I wait before snorting it? I never injected out of fear of needles and smoking it has never done a thing for me. Is there advice on how to smoke it properly?

All in all all I seek answered is how long should I sit before doing them up. I presume I can do both slips since my tolerance from the bupenorphine. But I'll see a little and how it makes me feel if snything. I'm hoping it's enough to evm get me high I used to do way more than this a day befide.
 
I would wait about 24 hours before doing the H after your last SUB dose. I used to ping pong H and sub strips, and it takes at least 24 hours to be able to feel anything.

I can tell you this though DO NOT start taking SUB again for at least 24-36 hours after doing H or you will wish you were dead. Repeat DO NOT TAKE H without waiting 24-36 hours or you will get the worst WDs you've ever had.
 
people may say wait longer than 24 hours and of course that helps, but if you are in a rush, 24 will suffice before you can feel the H. It won't be at 100%, but you'll feel it
 
Slightly off topic but couldnt find elsewhere to post. I have been on 24mg Suboxone for a few years now. I also take CR Tegretol 200mg, 20 Fluoxetine and a 10mg of Mirtzapine.
I have heard that Tegretol can help opiates work but SSRI,s will inhibited them. I celebrate Xmas on my own and prefer to be out of it for the day.
My Question is, can I double my Tegretol over the next 4 days and reduce the SSRI?
I was figuring getting 2 grams of China white and having my first large dose at a local medical supervised injecting centre the day b4 Xmas.
I value any thoughts on this? Many thanks

A very late answer again, but I was going to mention the SSRI thing is primarily because they are thought to impact the CYP2D6 liver enzyme that is involved in some opiate prodrugs that have to turn into active metabolites in the body -- notably hydrocodone catalyzing into hydromorphone. "China White" can consist of a variety of substances, but I doubt that any of them would be impacted, at least through this mechanism.

A very late answer but in case anyone else has the same question, I am not sure I would even stop the suboxone. My personal experience has been that there are some limited cross-tolerance effects, so you might have to adjust the dose, but you will still definitely feel something. Stopping and starting again might indeed bring on a risk of precipitated withdrawal, which is absolute hell, and you'd need to wait several days before starting again to be safe. Plus, from a harm reduction perspective, buprenorphine as a partial blocker may be someswhat protective against overdose on other opiates, although as far as I know the extent and mechanism of this are still up in the air.

I kinda noted this in another thread but wait until u have flu like symptom and use IN (becuz bioavailability). 2mg is enough to get back to like 90 pita 100
