Heroin Heroin stuck to paper

So i grabbed a g of h yesterday and it was all powder. The guy gave it to me in a folded piece of paper. I put this in my sock for safe keeping. When I take it out, the dope is all sticky and wet and I have no idea how it got that way, maybe from the heat of being in my sock it all just stuck together. Now I have no idea why it did that, and Ive got a gram stuck to a piece of paper. I can barely scrape it off and when I do theres little bits of paper stuck to it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to get it unstuck and salvage the dope?

I know I could always just plug the batch and not have to worry about getting the paper bits off, but I was supposed to give half of this batch to a friend and Im sure hes not going to be too happy with it in the state its in now..

Never hold it tight in your hand on a hot/humid day, and never put it in your sock. The moisture from your body, or the humidity is what caused this.

Try putting it in a closed container with a few pieces of rice. You could also try freezing it for a while and then chopping it up. If you don't feel like doing either of the first two, then make a solution out of it, and then you can drip it into your nose which would be the same as sniffing it, or plug it like you mentioned.

If you need to split the gram with your friend and its still like that, then your can each get an oral syringe, dissolve the whole gram onto solution, and then use the oral syringe to meaure out equal doses so you can split it. Then if you drip it into your nose that way you can still measure your dose by dividing the amount of dope by the amount of units of solution.
