Hey I just found some heroin already in cotton balls and I can't get needles. What would be the most effective way to use it?
 
Don't use it, because it's obviously not yours.

If you are going to do it nonetheless, you can use it nasally. It shouldn't be too hard to squeeze liquid out of a cotton ball.

Also, don't bump your own thread.
