Heroin Heroin endocarditis fear URGENT

Hi I shot up 6 hours ago and now it seems that there are a lot of scratches on my arms and legs perhaps where veins are? I dont see any blood drops underneath my nails though?

could it be endocartidis? maybe a histamine reaction?

Please any reply is great!
