Has anyone else tried this combo to come off heroin? Ive been using mxe more ans more and 20mg snorted used to be more then enough but my toleranxe for it has gone way up i don't even measure it any more i just dump a plle out and snort some amd eat some and still wasnt getting relief...

But i found somw tramadol and took 200mg two hours ago and feel fucking awesoem

I have suboxone but refuse to takei it cuz it always ends in prolongs withdrawals and brings me back to heroin

Not sure what im looking for support or whatever but chime in if youd like

And i know tramadol can cause withdrawals of its own im not gonna take it for am extended period of time... im just surpriesed how much it helps back when i used to sniff opanas it gave me no relief from withdrawals at all just helped me sleep a little and id wake up a few hours later covered in sweat. But for some reason right now its working wonders

Oh i have a few teaspooons of kratpm at my disposal too.... one more day odf work tomorrow and back to work the next day so hopefully my enerfy is back by then cuz i got caught at work high fucking again like 3 days ago and they paid for a taxi for me to get home/back there again lmao thats twice i know third time will probably be a strike out

Watch out with tramadol I took it for perv withdraw it hardly I'd anything but it can lower your seizure threshold and is very dangerous in high doses.

Kudos with getting clean!!! Congrats you are gonna make it through :)

Off heroinn? About 40 hours

But i went to detox like a month and a half to two months ago and rehab for 7 days which i got out of a week ago. Both times copped dope as soon as i got home... im just sick of this life.. had almost a year clean before i picked back up 5i months ago or so

A year omg that's so great I haven't had anywhere near a year in 6 years :( but I'm trying.

So what made you want to cop when you got out of rehab?

Oh im lucky as fuck. Its a really good job. I decided iif they fired me i was gonna w up to the front door and shoot myself in the head. I have like 6 drug charges on my record along with a bogus assaultt/peace order that i did nothing to deserve (long story).. but yea getting another job especially one this good would be really hard

I think somethin out there has bigget plans for me though

I kicked a 2 year opiate struggle with mxe. Took me about 6 months from the point I discovered that mxe is good for coming off opiates to actually get committed enough to not relapse after a period, whether it was a week off or a month. It is important to get committed before your tolerance of mxe gets too high and the therapeutic effects become harder to sustain. Once my mxe tolerance started to get up there (around 6 months) I realized that I simply needed to stop using opiates completely, not even once a week or once a month, because mxe wasn't always going to be a crutch to return to if I relapsed with opiates. So, after being opiate free for almost 2 months now, I have since stopped using mxe, because after 2-4 weeks of being clean my system was re-conditioned and ready to get on with life without the mxe crutch. Also I lost interest in mxe because like I said the effects just weren't as strong, and I wasn't about to start taking 100mg doses given the unknown toxicity profile of mxe. I made sure not to take more than 50mg at a time, but during the worst of withdraw if you have a decent tolerance it might take a couple 50mg bumps (spread 40-60 minutes apart) to get to a good place. Good luck man, mxe is a great tool. Oh about the tramadol, I wouldn't mess with it. I hated the comedown from low or moderate tramadol dose even after just a few days of using it, overall it didn't help the detox process. Maybe cannabis?

And i just wanted to because i wasnt ready to give it up yet... i still dont WANT to but the necessity has become too much to overlook...

We will never "want" to quit but that's very awesome you have realized on ur own that you need to stop and no ones forcing it... For real that amazing and hard.

Did the MXE itself cause any withdrawals when you quit?? What were they like on a scale of 1 to 10??

My tips are:

1. Add a benzo to bring out the opiate aspect of MXE, this is more like a low dose benzo-opiate high. Don't know if you need to bother with tramadol, but a low dose of some opiate might help (Kratom as well).

2. Combine with Lyrica, which is very usefull for opiate WD anyway, even Gabapentin if you have no tolerance.

Etizolam?

They just make MXE much better as a mood lift and seems more suited to withdrawals.

on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the day after smoking cannabis and 10 being heroin wd, mxe is about a 3 for me. For a few days everything feels a little more 'flat' which is mostly a bounceback from the anti-depressant effects, and theres a bit of physical sensitization, but the spirit doesn't forget all the lessons taught during mxe use which makes bearing through the comedown much easier.

I would only recommend this if the withdraw is unbearable, because Lyrica itself can have a nasty comedown. After taking low-moderate dose for 2 months I had a 6-7 day withdraw I'd rate an 8 on a scale of 1-10. Even just a few days of taking Lyrica felt like a '5' for a few days after stopping it. and the feelings of the wd are very similar to opiate wd which could easily cause an opiate relapse.
