Opioids help with codeine prometh dosing?

i have a 200 mg oxy a day habbit and i can only get my hands on a bottle of prometh code syrup how much do i need to take to match my oxy dose
 
there's a ceiling effect to codeine so you wont be able to match 200mg of oxy with that, sorry. the most you can take at once is 400mg(i believe) before no more is getting metabolized until the first bit has been...
