EDIT: I am trying to gain muscles before visiting my girlfriend in a clinic for bulimia and anerexia, so that if she has put on weight it won't be obvious. What short term tools can I use and at what costs?

You're trying to gain muscle for what now?

There are no short term tools for muscle building.

Well I've found one short term tool is to use certain amps, allowing me to exercise for 6 hours at a time, with short breaks in between.
EDIT: and in the event that she is encouraged to gain weight, I don't want her to notice a difference when I pick her up, etc. I lost a lot of muscle while easing off of a lot of addictions.

Sounds like you've found yourself a new addiction....

I literally said "Wow" out loud when I read that. I don't simply mean that was a stupid thing to say, that was just flat out ignorance in its purest form. If there's any drug that will make you look like a walking corpse, it's amphetamine.

There are no short term tools. Your addiction wasn't an addiction, it was an excuse and nothing more. Your girlfriend is the one who has a serious issue. You on the other hand are just weak.

You exercise for 6 hours at a time and use amphetamine? This is why you lost muscle. Exercise less and stop using amphetamine. Lift for an hour at most. Eat a lot of protien.

There are no short term solutions for getting muscle and amphetamines are catabolic as fuck. They burn muscle and fat. They will eat your body alive.

Instead of living a fucking lie tell your girlfriend the truth if she asks. Don't be fucking pathetic. Your reap what you sow.

Couldn't you just layer your clothes to give the appearance of having more to you than there actually is?
It's decent of you to be considering her possible perceptions of herself but, truth is, she's in the best and safest place to experience the potential shocks that she's going to encounter when she discharges anyway.

The more "realities" she encounters in treatment the better. She can discuss these with her counselor that she's been assigned.

This isn't a steroid or lifting solution. In fact it has nothing to do with you. During her time at the clinic, she has been given tools, therapy and coping mechanisms for potential triggers that she will encounter in her day-to-day.

The best thing you can do is focus on yourself and rid yourself of the bad (and dangerous) information that you are carrying around in your head. Read, read and read some more on how the body works and how to properly lift. More isn't always better
