i think i might be od'ing on suboxone and tramadol

i took a 50mg tram at 10.30 at night, and at 11 took a 2 mg suboxone sublingual pill
now it's 3.05 and i can't focus at all, my breathing is slow, my pulse seems slower but ok
i can't keep my head up and i've vomited twice
i'm dizzy and i feel a tightness in my chest, i'm afraid to lie in bed
i am currently on a 100mg a day tramadol rutine for pain and i have had previous experiences with opiates, but never felt so dizzy and with such a strong body high (not in the good comatose way)
what can i do? is this an actual overdose or am i just too high?
this is the first time i took suboxone i read that buprenorphine reaches peak at 3+ hrs, and that it has a long half-life... but how long, i heard somewhere 72 hrs, is that true?
sorry pls reply
ps. not an opiate nood by any means, but this is scaring me a lot, i can barely keep my eyes open and i'm shaking a little bit

i'm really trembling now and i feel numbness in my arms i'm afraid to close my eyes
would coffeine help?

If you have an urgent medical issue or think you're overdosing, you should contact emergency services (911).

If you typically take 50-100mg of tramadol at a time then 2mg of suboxone will be very strong and it wouldn't hurt for you to get someone to watch over you. If you feel you can't breathe or you're losing feeling in your extremeties you should probably phone a doctor.

Nobody can tell you if you're going to be safe over the internet. I have to close this thread. Please at least call someone to come keep an eye on you.
