Help me out

Im new to the forums and really only made this account for this thread itself, but i need advice! I used to be a heavy abuser of xanax. Would take 2-3 bars almost daily for a few months, then i had a very bad seizure. I stopped for a few months then took them a good amount for a few weeks and just had another seizure about a month ago. Im curious as to what the possibility is of me having another seizure if i only take 2mg of xanax for one night and not touch the stuff for a while after. I have been clean for a bit and i feel like one day of use wouldnt hurt but then again who am i to know. Any advice or experience would be great, iknow i sound pathetic for even asking but help me out!!!

i think the seizure is resulting from withdrawal after long periods of use, so taking 2mg for one night is unlikely to result in a seizure.

but i really wonder what is the point of allowing yourself to use it for a day, if you are trying to not be addicted to it.

just pointing out that its a slippery slope in the ways our mind can justify the means of getting high, especially if one has already been addicted to the substance. just this night turns into just a weekend, then just this week, then i can't do anything and im scared i'll have a seizure if i don't take it.
