Help dosing with gabapentin for tramadol WD?

I have a bottle of 90 100 mg gabapentin with a refill, I am yet again cold turkey from my tramadol until exactly one week from today, 7-days, and I have come to abhor using kratom in place of the tramadol, even just for 7 short days, the kratom just wears off so fast I am continually redosing it every two to two and half hours, particularly during daylight. I don't like the gabapentin either, but consider it a far less evil, so to speak! What would be a good dose for someone who has no tolerance to the gaba, and wants to not just sleep absent RLS, but even feel better, or even good throughout the day? Thanks for your input in advance, I am just so blown on the kratom, its great for about an hour, then crash & burn!

I would start 300mg, and take another 300mg 2 hours later and if need More, wait 3 hours. Gabapentin is not very strong or sedating but it really helps wd symptoms and anxiety. It is quite safe too. Compared to pregabalin, it is much weaker per mg.
