Opioids [HELP] Dope Man gave me a bag with a ton of residue! NEED ADVICE!

Hey All,

I'm not 100% sure this is the right spot for this question. I apologize if it is not, I did, however, look around a bit before posting and this seemed the most appropriate spot. I know this isnt your standard harm-reduction question, and I'm going to do what I'm talking about here regardless so please just give me a workable answer.

Ok, so heres the rundown... When i saw my dope man today, he served me my usual amount, this was pretty standard. However, today, he asked me if i could do anything with this bag that he had kept a significant amount of tar in. I told him yeah, and took the bag. Mind you, there was a ton of tar residue on this bag. Once I got home, I soaked the bag in some warm water, and pretty much got all the tar off the bag. However, not thinking and just being an exicted junkie caused me to not realize how much water i had used to get the tar off the bag. I used too much. Is there any way i can concentrate this stuff down? Or am I fucked? I hope i dont have to shoot all this dope-water, because its a LOT! Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't heroin break down into morphine when left in water for an extended period of time? Should I take my chances on letting it evaporate over really low heat?
 
Hey All,

So I went with a double boil. I kept the dope at about 150 - 160F for maybe 30 minutes until I got it down to about 1/5 of its original volume. Its definitely way better now that it has been properly concentrated. Just figured I'd throw out my way around this problem for the next guy. Hope everyone has a good night and that junkie jesus helps everyone out tonight.

And did you get a good hit? How do you know you didn't just evaporate the water that had the tar in it? Did it work??
