I have acquired a Fentanyl - Transdermal System 50 mcg/hr (MYLAN) patch. On the patch it reads at the bottom: "Each transdermal system contains 5.10 mg fentanyl." Accordingly is reads: "in vivo delivery of 50 mcg/hr fentanyl for 72 hours"
I have researched to FOOK out of this patch on this site and others.
Please ONLY respond if you know what the hell you are talking about.
I realize that there is no "safe" way to buccal this patch. I have heard everything from "just wear the patch" to "cut it up into 16 strips and try very little at first"
My tolerance is currently 2 - 4 OP 80's a day or 6 - 12 Roxy 30's a day. I have to take a Xanax bar to feel anything but a slight energy increase and to get to somewhat of a nod.
Depends on the day and other unknown factors.
Has anyone ever cut up the patch (Fentanyl Transdermal System) 50 mcg/hr (MYLAN) 5.10 mg fentanyl into 16 to 32 strips and tried buccal?
I know of 3 people who have died from swallowing the patch. I've heard that the fent is like novacane in the sense that it numbs the whole mouth. This is the reason I believe so many people OD trying this stuff. The mouth is so numb you can't feel if its in you mouth of throat.
However, I have never tried the patch and that is ONLY speculation.
There has to be a way to get a small amount of this stuff in your system orally.
My girlfriend and I are debating on trying this patch with small strips. She has the same tolerance I do, which is very expensive. I make good money, otherwise I could never afford my Oxy/Roxy addiction. Any ideas? And please spare me the "don't do it BS" unless you know for a fact there is no way this can be done.
I believe there is correct/safe way to do this so I need advice from someone who has buccal'd the patch more than a few times and explain to be EXACTLY what to do.
