Greenlighter
I've been familiar with this site for some time now, but only now finally made an account after searching for drugsdata.org for testing and not being able to find it on DuckDuckGo/StartPage/etc. I found the name and link in the forums, so thanks! I heard of Bluelight via the MAPS project years ago. I've raised money for the MAPS project, know someone who works there, and am generally a huge fan. Excited to be a part of this community too.
I was introduced to the larger drug world after being sober since I was a teenager ("vegan straightedge") but suffering from serious depression in my mid/late twenties. My life was not going in a good direction because of my mental health. Unexpectedly, my friend invited me to a rave, I went and took MDMA, and I had the best night of my life. I went home and cried afterwards just to process it. It opened my mind up around the possibilities of the West Coast, and after visiting my sister in LA for the first time and being enlightenly stoned the entire time, moved out here.
I'm very interested in psychedelics (psilocybin and LSD primarily), seeing as cannabis has helped me immensely. I don't need to go to therapy regularly anymore, and I am part of local entheogen decriminalization efforts in my area. Drugs also really helped me not just understand intellectually but physically embody a spiritual/multi-dimensional understanding of reality. It really is impossible to describe. I wish I had listened to my elder hippies earlier!
ASL for those who still care about that from the 90s:
