I dont know if anyone has experienced this but averaging about 1.5 g a day insuffling at work and smoking at night . even with a couple days off I walk and have numbness in my feet. I feel the pinch but I have a tingling like when your feet are frozen. I hope i havent blown a vessel inl legs. This is qualty like off the key. 80% comeback I am 46 and have good blood pressure sbut when doing have uneven heartbeat nad history of uneven heartbeat in family

Have you noticed your feet having a slightly different colour to them? How long have you had these symptoms for?
That's a lot of coke... and the stuff isn't exactly good for your cardiovascular system.
Also, if you have a family history of arrhythmia, it's very important to get that checked regularly, especially if you regularly binge on cocaine

when i was using cocaine on a regular basis my feet used to start to go numb and turn bluish when i would bend over. anything that restricted blood flow to my feet in the slightest.

My family history is not good either. There are so many things that could cause this. I'm trying myself to figure out why my left hand is getting numb every day for the past 5-6 weeks. Could simply be carpal tunnel- it can go to your legs too. Or nerve damage, stroke, vitamin deficiency, many other factors. If I had health insurance I would get it checked out. Don't let cocaine deter you from getting help, if it's bothersome see your doctor.

Cokes vasoconstrtion is limiting proper blood flow to your feet, causing coldness/numbness/blue feet.

This. Please educate yourself more about the chemicals you're putting into your body. If you don't know that cocaine is a vasoconstrictor..... you shouldn't be doing cocaine.

Both vasoconstriction and the sodium channel blocking effects are what I would speculate is causing numbness. The sodium channel blocking it is what gives cocaine its local anesthetic properties.

But that means that it's nullifying electrical signals to a high degree. Cocaine is passing through your heart. Do you know what happens when you heart cannot get an electrical signal?

Ahh yes I forgot to mention the sodium channel blocking as well but I thought that just causes numbness in the mouth/nose, where as numbness caused in the feet would be from lack of blood flow .

Edit: and wow fuck I never knew that cocaine fucked with the electrical signal, I thought that the vasoconstriction lowered the amount of blood reaching the heart and thus raised BP which causes higher chance of a clot breaking off causing a heart attack or stroke.

I have no idea of the severity of cocaine's vasoconstricting properties over another stimulant, but if the vasoconstriction (with anything) is to the point where it's causing hypoxia then he is playing with his life to a very high degree. Especially with cocaine.

Yea he must be dosing often because blue knees/feet/hands are usually caused by stims with far far longer highs/half life's so when you redose to many times to quickly you really fuck with the level of the drug in your blood when it reaches peak effects and thus because a drug like methamphetamine lasts so long , it's effects with your blood flow for a much longer period of time.

no discolor in feet. i drink alot of water adn work construction climbing and alot of walking. im curios where hypoxia came in. im not at lack of oxygen. if my feet were blue i would have concern. this can be a sign of diabetes also. looking at the replies it seems some are not reading original post. last reply talks about "blue knees feet and hands" that i do not have. moms a nurse . i would have gone to hospital if that was the situation

Dude just reading your situation is making me really anxious. I really dis like cocaine with a passion, how the hell are you doing construction work on cocaine. That is awful for your heart, stop pushing your body so hard. And your doing it every day? Get your self some help asap, this is a HORRIBLE habit and combination. Hard construction work + cocaine = un happy weak heart.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes. Try quitting the blow for a bit bud... Sounds to me like it is really negatively impacting your health, to a point that could become life threatening. I believe that in some states you can get a medical cannabis recommendation for cocaine dependency. This might be something to consider...
